Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused, unwashed, and unworn. The items must be in their original packaging with their tags intact. Any items that were purchased as a set must be returned as a set. We will not process any returns for incomplete sets.
Within 5 days of your delivery date:
You are able to return any unused items that were delivered to you for a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund, You must click this Link and get an automatic authorization for the return of your order within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. A label will be sent to you automatically via email. The items must be back in the store within 5 days from the delivery date to be eligible for the full refund on the original method of payment. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that the delivery date is the day the package was received. Any returns we receive 5 days after the the package being delivered to the customer, can NOT be refunded. After 7 days, the items are considered FINAL SALE.
