Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping for orders over $100 are free.
I would like to return my purchase, what should I do?

What kind of condition does the item need to be in?
Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. The items must be in their original packaging with their tags intact. Any items that were purchased as a set must be returned as a set.
Until when can I request a return for a full refund?
You have 3 days from when your package is delivered to you to request a return authorization and label.
By when do you need to receive the items in order to get a full refund?
The item must be received at our return address within 5 days of you receiving the return label in order to receive a full refund.
When will my refund be processed?
Your refund will be processed within 5 days of your return being received at our warehouse.
What if I missed the deadline?
If you missed any of the above deadlines, you can still request a return authorization and label within 14 days of you receiving your order. You will receive a store credit in lieu of a refund.
Who pays for the shipping costs for the return?
To cover the shipping cost of your return, $7.50 will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Is there somewhere I can drop off my return instead of shipping it back?
Unfortunately our warehouse cannot accept any in--person returns.
